Q: Are frames included?

A: No — all prints are sold unframed. This keeps costs down and lets you choose a frame that fits your space. Standard sizes mean you can find frames easily at IKEA, Amazon, or most home stores.

Q: Do prints include a mat or border?

A: No — prints are borderless, printed edge to edge. If you'd like a mat around yours, you'll need to buy it separately and factor it in when choosing your print size.

Q: What paper do you print on?

A: Master's Edition archival paper — 250 gsm, matte, uncoated, acid-free, and FSC-certified. It's museum-quality stock that won't yellow over time.

Q: How long until my order ships?

A: Prints are made-to-order, so allow 4-5 business days for production before dispatch. You'll get a tracking link once it's on the way.

A: We ship to the United States and to 20 countries in the EU. The list at checkout is the definitive one — if your country is not there, we cannot post to it yet.

Q: Can I return or exchange a print?

A: Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your item's delivery date. If the item arrived damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please send a picture of the print and the packaging it came in.
