These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you buy; by placing an order you accept them.

Art prints on acid-free, 250 gsm (110 lb) museum-quality matte paper. Each print is made to order — nothing is printed until you buy it.

Prints are supplied unframed unless a listing says otherwise. Frames, furniture and rooms shown in our photographs are there to indicate scale and style, and are not included.

Sizes are stated on each listing. Because screens differ, colours may vary slightly between your device and the printed piece. This is normal and is not a defect.

• You add items to your basket and pay through Stripe’s hosted checkout page.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and the contract is formed — when we send you the order confirmation email.
• If we cannot accept your order, for example because of an error in a price or because we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you and refund you in full. Nothing else is owed either way.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where a price was obviously and significantly wrong.

Your confirmation email is your record of the contract. We keep a copy; it is not otherwise published or made accessible.

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are shipping to — US dollars for orders to the United States, euros everywhere else. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged in.

Prices shown to consumers include VAT at the rate of the country the order is delivered to, where VAT applies. Orders to the United States carry no EU VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.

We dispatch in 4-5 business days. That is the time to make and post your print, not a delivery date — how long a parcel then takes depends on the carrier and the destination, and we do not promise a delivery date.

Delivery is free to the United States. Everywhere else we ship there is a flat charge that depends on the destination country, shown before you pay. We send a dispatch email with a tracking link when your parcel is posted.

Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, take physical possession of the goods. Until then any loss or damage in transit is ours.

If we have not delivered within 30 days, or within any longer period we agreed with you, you may give us a reasonable further period and then cancel and be refunded in full.

You have a 14-day right to cancel, and separate rights if something is faulty. Both are set out in full on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory guarantee that goods must conform to the contract, or any other right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.

Discount codes apply to the price of the prints and not to delivery. One code per order. We may withdraw or change a code at any time, but not after you have used it. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for one.

The artwork, photographs, text and design of this site are owned by us or licensed to us. Buying a print gives you the print — it does not transfer copyright and does not give you the right to reproduce, resell reproductions of, or commercially exploit the image.

You may of course photograph your own wall, and we would like to see it.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — this shop sells to consumers, and if you buy for a business purpose these terms apply with liability limited to the price of the goods.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for defective products under product liability law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in — you keep those rights and can bring proceedings in your own local courts.

Before going to court, please contact us. If we cannot settle it, a Finnish consumer can go to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi), having first contacted the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use their national consumer authority or ECC-Net (eccnet.eu).

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and changing them afterwards does not change your order. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
