Finnish consumers may then contact the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) and, if the matter is still unresolved, the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre network (eccnet.eu).

We are not obliged to participate in, and do not commit to, dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body beyond the above.
